R Test is a browser-based visual reaction-time practice tool. It makes a five-attempt round easy to run, understand and save on your own device.
How R Test works
Click or tap to begin, wait for the colour to turn green, then react. We use the browser’s high-resolution timer to measure the interval between the green signal and your response. A round contains five attempts so that you can see an average alongside your fastest result.
Your data stays in your browser
Recent attempts and the last round comparison are stored with local browser storage. R Test does not require an account and does not send your results to a server. Clearing your browser’s site data, or using a different browser or device, clears that local history.
What this test cannot tell you
This is not a medical, diagnostic, driving-safety or professional performance assessment. Screens, refresh rates, operating systems, browsers and input devices add latency, and a short click test does not cover attention, decision-making or complex movement. Use it for practice and curiosity rather than a health conclusion.
